Hope for the Community
Providing a loving place for children to grow
Hope for the Community extends FICA’s work beyond Home of Hope and Christian School of Hope into the wider Murombedzi community. Through practical training, agriculture, and opportunities to build sustainable livelihoods, individuals and families gain skills and resources to strengthen their futures.
The Training Center serves as a gathering place for sewing classes, skills training, church services, and community events. Agricultural programs help improve food security and create opportunities for income, while other community projects respond to practical needs as they arise.
Our goal is not simply to meet immediate needs, but to help build a stronger, more self-sustaining community.
Foundations for Farming
We learned a lot. We will do our things on time, with a good standard, without wasting and with joy. Whenever we do our things, we are doing it with joy, praising the Lord for all the things that the Lord will bless us.

When we went to Foundations for Farming, we learned to do it God’s way and we were taught to do compost like this one I’m standing behind.
When we went to the training, we were taught how to do things God’s way, starting small. Gradually we grow as we go. We start with a small piece here on Home of Hope. And then we will pass it on to other friends round this community.
