Hi Ho! Hi Ho! It's off to school they go!

There have been some challenges getting the school building ready in time to start in January 2026. Permits and inspections took much longer than expected. Due to this, the building will not be ready in time...But God...The Minister of Education came to Home of Hope, Murombedzi, and inspected the Training Center and agreed to allow Christian School of Hope to begin the first term in the Training Center. And, at least for four years old, the most important part of the school is in place-the playground!

We praise God for this opened door and give Him glory that the first preschool class will begin in January as planned with classes being held in the Training Center in the mornings. Join us in praying that the school building will be completed in time for the second term which begins in May.

Please continue to pray for all the details of starting a school to fall into place. Faith Rupp and Judy Rand will be traveling to Home of Hope Murombedzi Monday, January 5 to help support the opening of the school.

We still need scholarships for around 15 students at a cost of $475 per year for each child. Pray for more open hearts and hands so we can begin in January with every student fully supported.

Whenever God's people follow in obedience, there are obstacles, but we are so grateful we serve a God who already knows what those will be, who cares about the details and who gives us strength to continue on the path He has marked out for us. It might look different than what we think it should, but He always makes a way for His glory to shine brightly, even in the darkest night. (See John 9:3 and John 11:4)
