Knitting Women Together

Sheri Fry loves to knit and started teaching knitting to the sewing ladies at Home of Hope Murombedzi.  A generous individual donated tubs of yarn. This yarn, along with knitting needles, were then brought to Home of Hope Murombedzi.

Many of the ladies already knew how to crochet and some of them knew about knitting.  Many of them learned from their mothers or grandmothers.

However, by supplying them with yarn and needles, along with the creative ideas presented by Sheri, these ladies are so excited to learn more.  What a blessing it is to help empower these women by teaching new skills.
